Maya and Joe, what a absolutely gorgeous couple!! I met Maya for the first time at Effie’s wedding, and I remember her just being the sweetest, most friendly girl at our table. She’s one of those people you meet and instantly want to be her best friend! Being able to participate in Maya’s wedding rehearsal extravaganza turned out to be such a huge blessing for me, though the night wasn’t about me in the least, I felt myself leaving feeling extremely thankful for all my friends and family. I personally wished I would have done something like Maya’s rehearsal dinner, each member of the wedding party was able to give a little toast, about how they love the bride/groom, and in return the bride and groom also gave a short toast to every member of the bridal party as well. The exchange of love, appreciation and affection was overwhelming– every story was touching and heartwarming. Something Maya said that night, definitely resonated with me: and that was the people you live with, the friends that you see day in-day out, through thick and thin, they become so much more than friends, they become your family. She considered every member of her bridal party, a part of her family. I nearly teared up. It was like Maya spoke words from my own heart, just I wish I could have voiced it the way she did. =) So to all the amazing girls I’ve lived with, (if you happen to be reading this) I love you soOOOOOOoooooooooo much and cherish every single moment I got to live with you. ^^
Doesn’t Maya have the cutest smile ever?
